Bike rental
Various types of (electric) bikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes and seats, family bikes, tandem bikes, bicycle helmets, go karts and wagons. We have an assortment, but other bicycles are available on request.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the estate (except, of course, for assistance dogs when notified). If you are having trouble leaving your pet at home then we have a great partnership with a local kennel where your pet can also enjoy the holiday and you can pick it up at any time for a beach walk.

Horses
Equestrian sports are a true experience at Texel. Through the forest, dunes or across the beach, both the rider and the horse are offered a unique experience.

Charging station for electric cars
There are various charging stations in the car parks to charge your electronic car.

Care
Do you require care on your holiday? During your stay at Nieuw Leven, the Omring home care organization can provide you with the care you are used to at home, including personal care and nursing. You can also go to the Omring's home care shop for the rental of medical equipment so that you can enjoy a worry-free stay. We can of course guide you and ensure that everything is arranged on time.

Babysitting and nursing service
For other forms of care, such as babysitting, we offer many services in cooperation with various professionals on the island. For example, we have a permanent nanny who can ensure that the adults can have a nice evening while the children are being entertained in the villa. You can also book nursing care if you wish. Of course, all employees are properly qualified.

Child friendly accommodations
The villas on the estate have child-proof electric sockets and stairwells. The staircase in the villa is designed for children up to three years and meets the European Standard EN 1930.

Photographer
Gathering together on holiday often makes for wonderful moments that you would like to capture for memories. We have a permanent house photographer who can be hired per half day.

Cook
The villas have an attractive spacious living room and kitchen, which means no need to eat out. Meals can be reserved and prepared by our own chef.

Baker
We have a good relationship with Texel's best baker. You can order a fresh selection of breads to be delivered in the morning.

Special wishes
Do you have specific wishes? Don’t hesitate to discuss these with your host. We can arrange entire packages with sightseeing tours of Texel during your stay. We are ideal for business trips, weddings or other meetings and gatherings.
