Yes, at Nieuw Leven Texel, bed linen is mandatory. We’ll make up the beds for you and provide soft towels in the bathroom. A great way to start your stay!

Our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. However, there are several windows to ensure proper ventilation at all times.

A hairdryer is available in every room. You’ll find it underneath the bathroom vanity.

These ground floor rooms have a spacious bathroom, suitable for a walker or standard wheelchair. There are no specific adaptations, but aids such as a height-adjustable bed, shower chair, or hoist can be rented via the Omring winkel Texel.

We serve breakfast at your table from 8:00 a.m. in our breakfast room. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to make use of this service, subject to availability.

Breakfast costs €17.95 per person. For children aged 4 to 10, the price is €9.95. For this amount, we serve a luxurious and extensive breakfast at your table.

We don’t have our own restaurant. Our location is close to Den Burg, where you’ll find plenty of great dining options. There are various restaurants, eateries, and pizzerias. Of course, you can also dine out in other villages. Want some tips? Just drop by the reception.

You’ll find a professional Bravilor coffee machine in the kitchen. Filters are provided for you.

Yes, a standard set is provided with 2 kitchen towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 dishcloths.

Gourmet grilling, stone grilling, or fondue are not allowed inside the villas. Outdoors, you can reserve a barbecue – subject to availability. Let us know in advance and we’ll have everything ready for you. You can also pre-order a BBQ surprise package, complete with various meats, sauces, salads, and baguette. Want to go all out? For groups of 16 or more, and depending on availability, we can organise a barbecue with a chef through our Texel partners.

This natural environment is not suitable for open fires. So campfires are not allowed – not even in a fire pit.

We collaborate with various Texel-based partners. They offer island activities ranging from nature excursions to wave surfing. Get inspired and check out the offerings.

At the reception, we offer a standard selection of (electric) bikes. Reserve them in advance via this link and they’ll be ready when you arrive (see link under practical information).

If you’d like other types of bikes, such as a mountain bike, this is only possible via an external rental point.

Laura Sipsma’s salon is located next to the swimming pond on our grounds. The Texel local offers beauty treatments, healings, and massages. She’s very popular, so be sure to book in time and secure your treatment here.

Nieuw Leven Texel has a relaxation garden with a barrel sauna. You can reserve it for private use and enjoy some peaceful downtime. The Nature Suite also features a private sauna in the bathroom.

We have a beautiful ecological swimming pond with lounge chairs all around. The water is not heated – it’s warmed naturally by the sun!
