On our spacious grounds, you’ll find several stylish villas that instantly give you that holiday feeling. They are bright, spacious, and luxuriously furnished, so you’ll feel at home from the very first moment. On the ground floor, the country-style kitchen and cosy living room with wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy long, relaxed evenings. Each villa offers at least six comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, wellness shower, and toilet. It’s the ideal place to fully unwind, with all the space and privacy you need.

Nieuw Leven Texel is your home on Texel. Relaxing, cooking together, lounging – you might almost forget there’s a whole island waiting at your feet. Almost, because the salty breeze gives you a gentle push to head out and enjoy the fresh air.
The beach remains everyone’s favourite. But there are many other ways to experience the Texel feeling: cycling, paddleboarding, sailing, going on a nature excursion, or visiting the Beachcomber’s Museum. There are countless group activities. We collaborate with Texel-based partners who organise great (half) day outings – they know the island, and the sea, like no one else. A big plus! At Nieuw Leven Texel, nature isn’t just a beautiful backdrop. The colours, everything that grows and blooms – it gives you energy. Respect for this environment is deeply rooted in our DNA. That’s why we consciously choose sustainable facilities. Discover calm in the walking garden, freshen up in the swimming pond, or book our barrel sauna. For the little ones, the clouds seem close enough to touch as they swing through the air. There’s a trampoline in the field. Just like the enclosures of our chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits, it has a magical appeal. Want to stay in your own bubble as a group? Gather around your private terrace table.
Everything for a relaxed stay
At Nieuw Leven Texel, luxury lies in the thoughtful details. On arrival, the beds are made for you. Towels and kitchen linens are ready. You decide how to shape your stay, because the family villa is all yours. Prefer not to worry about practical matters? Arrange groceries, firewood, a barbecue (with or without a chef), or rental bikes in advance. We’re happy to share tips on where to find what you need.
