Nieuw Leven Texel is a dynamic family business. Once a traditional farm, now a forward-thinking accommodation provider. On this part of the island, three generations live together – and truly live; everything flows in beautiful harmony. We lovingly share our place with anyone who embraces nature. As hosts, we are focused on quality – carried through in every detail. We believe in personal attention – it’s a true source of energy. Wherever we can, we add a touch of magic to your stay. An unexpected gesture, helping you plan your day, an extra towel set. Little things that make a big difference.

Now that’s what you call sustainable

Nieuw Leven Texel is a unique location. It deserves care and attention – something we’re mindful of every single day. That’s why sustainability is a key focus of our business. We are completely energy neutral, with no gas or electricity connections. The sun and wind are our allies – and through water recirculation, we achieve a water saving of no less than 75%. Our hotel villas feature sustainable materials, and we collaborate with Texel-based suppliers. If it can be done locally, we do it! We’re also proud to hold the Gold Green Key certificate – the international mark of recognition for sustainable businesses. It confirms that we place minimal strain on the environment and support local employment.
